Terms of Use

SnoreProof is an iPhone app published by WANG WENJIE. Using it means accepting what is written here. It is short, because the app asks little of you: no account, no sign-in, and a core that is free forever.

What is free

The whole core loop is free and stays free, along with browsing everything you have already made. There are no ads, and no part of the free experience is removed later in order to be sold back to you.

Pro, and the three ways to buy it

Pro is optional. It gives more room rather than more access: more in progress at once, the full content library, the Pro styles, the seasonal collectibles, encrypted iCloud backup, and the yearly poster and PDF book.

Weekly — billed every week. It auto-renews until you cancel.
Yearly — billed every year, starting with a free trial when your Apple Account is eligible for one. It auto-renews until you cancel. An unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Lifetime — a single payment for permanent access on your Apple Account. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and you are never billed again.

Prices are shown in your own currency in the App Store and on the purchase screen in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews unless renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

Managing, cancelling and refunds

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel one in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are requested from Apple — we cannot issue one, and we never see your payment details.

What you paid for follows your Apple Account. Sign in with the same account and tap Restore purchases to bring it back on another device. That restores the purchase, not your data — your data travels with you only if you had turned iCloud backup on.

Your data is yours

What you make in SnoreProof belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, and we could not use it even if we wanted to: there is no server copy. How the app handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Fair use

Please do not attempt to break, resell or repackage the app, or to obtain Pro other than through the App Store.

The app is provided as it is

SnoreProof is offered without warranty, to the extent the law allows. It relies on your device and on Apple's services, which we do not control. It cannot recover data from a lost or reset device — nothing is stored on a server, which is exactly what keeps your data private, and also means there is no copy for us to restore from.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the new version ships with an app update and is published here at the same time. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the new version.
